I've taken to using azelaic acid for my acne.
I apply it after washing my face. I then wait 30 minutes before applying a moisturiser.

According the this article:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19363903
the order of application of the moisturiser and azelaic acid doesn't matter when treating rosacea.
Would this case be the same in treatment of acne?

What do you think?

Thanks so much for your writings; they're great!

What do you think of azeloglycine? I'm thinking of SeSDerma Azelac Moisturizing Facial Cream, which has azeloglycine 10% as an ingredient. The thing is that there's an Azelac Moisturizing Gel from the same company that has 3% azeloglycine, and the company's website says that the gel delivers more active ingredient to the skin even though the concentration is smaller. 3% is awfully small compared to the 15% Rx products on the market, so I'm thinking these aren't worthwhile? And if they are worthwhile, would it be better to combine the gel with a moisturizer for dry skin than to go to the cream?

Here's the manufacturer page I'm looking at (PDF).
