Beyond Botox ($3.96 softcover, $16.49 hardcover, Amazon.com) reveals non-surgical strategies for getting anti-aging results without the Botox. Written by Ben Kaminsky, a chemist for B. Kamins, and Howard Kaminsky, the CEO of B. Kamins, the book details diet and topical skin care treatments to improve your health and vitality, not to the exclusion of only B. Kamins products.
So how effective is Beyond Botox? According to Paige Herman, the beauty director of New Beauty magazine (where her report was originally published), the advice in Beyond Botox kept her going nine months since her last Botox injection. Although she admits the advice was not “filling furrows” like Botox, she claims that her skin looks “more alive” since following Beyond Botox.
From reviewing the book, Beyond Botox does not appear to be an alternative to surgery (sorry). But it does have practical, easy-to-follow advice that is not hard to incorporate into your daily routine. It may not erase or fill your wrinkles like surgical procedures, but it should improve your overall health and well-being, and your complexion should glow a little more. 
I give the book four out of five stars!
