IMO a total scam, both on the product and deceptive offer. They lure you into a time frame and if you don't respond then you pay for the whole shipment anyway. The product has no productive results or trends toward any improvement. It's a scam in my option and don't get involved with this company or product.

[...] Acetyl hexapeptide-3 (also known as acetyl hexapeptide-8, or Argireline, is better known from radio commercials as “an alternative to Botox”. A peptide originally created by Lipotec in Barcelona, argireline was found in a 2002 study by Blanes-Mira et. al to reduce the depth of wrinkles by up to 30% with thirty days when injected into the skin, similar to BotoxTM. For this reason, argireline is often called the “freeze” skin care ingredient. Unfortunately, while injections of argireline produced similar results to BotoxTM, the form of argireline in modern skin care creams cannot diffuse through the top layers of skin to reach the crucial muscle-nerve connections like injectable BotoxTM. (While a diffusable form of BotoxTM is in the works, this ain’t it, honey! You will have to go to the dermatologist for a long time, and perhaps perpetually, in order to get it.)
Just doing some research on this product and I can honestly say that after reading your comment "aj" that I would never purchase anything from your company. I can't believe that you are posting here and calling your customers scammers, liars, and that they disgust you!

Not everyone will be satisfied with your products and you will receive complaints. If you can't handle complaints, you should find another job... You are very unprofessional and if I were your supervisor and seen your post... you would certainly be fired!

I have those dark circles under my eyes. I think heredity is involved. Nonetheless, I decided to give hydroxatone a try. I understood that there was to be a 30 day trial and that if not satisfied, I was to return the unused containers (they sent 3). However, two weeks later there were additional charges made against my credit card. Though minor ($12.95 and $3.95), they were unexpected. I was forced to cancel my credit card before further charges were made. I continued to use the product for most of the trial period but saw no results. I sat back and waited to see what they would do next. Next was a "reminder notice" when no statement had preceded the "reminder." I wrote to them that I was holding the remaining two jars hostage until the issue of the surprise charges was resolved. What I got in response were two more reminder notices. I am now going to write to the State of Louisiana to seek relief.
