I now have melsama due to early menopause so the pigmetation on my face looks like I have dirt on my face. Until my menopause is over & I can get a Fraxel Laser treatment I have noticed that hydoquinone products do not work so I found Vivite Vibrace Therapy in addition to Revale coffeeberry skin cream and SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF and Dr. Sebagh's Vitamin C powder. These products are working where hydoquinone & Obaji type products had stopped working for me. My Derm said that after so many years of using hydoquinone that it I kept using it would actually make my melasma worse. Going through early menopause has made me reach out to new advaced products. I'm very happy with the Phloretin CF and the other products. I hope this helps anyone with Hyperpigmetation, there are other products other than hydoquinone that work on hyperpigmetation.
