Hey Julie,

I use any of the following:
-Dove Original Cleansing Wipes (when I'm really tired from a late night studying);
-Love Renaissance Sakuyahime Oil and Foam (it's a two-step cleanse, and it is a bit expensive, but it leaves my skin feeling soft and beautiful);
-Cetaphil Original Cleanser (a good inexpensive cleanse!)

Thanks for the question! Hope that this helps!
Best,
NIcki

The last comment I leave never get posted. Lets see how it is this time.

My night routine is cleanse, tone, serum, Vitamin K for spot treatment, and moisturizer every night. I use Jason Vitamin K cream on my cheeks and under eye area which have helped my broken capillaries and dark circle considerably. Love it. You can visit my blog for a review on the product – www.beautifulcanvas.blogspot.com. Anyway, I want to add Retinols eye cream (RoC) to address the lines under my eyes. I feel like this is a lot of layering and unsure how effective it will be. I think something got to go or alternate every other night. Would you recommend I don’t use serum on night I use retinols OR use the serum but drop the Jason Vitamin K cream on night I use retinols?

Although typically not one to support over-regulation, I do believe that tanning beds should be off-limits to those under 18. My goodness, in most states those under 18 must have permission to have their ears pierced. Research strongly suggests that tanning beds pose a significant danger, and I do believe that most younger people cannot make this choice wisely. The "moment: is far too important, and typically, in that moment many choose to tan. Many over 18 make the deadly choice to tan, too.

Tanning beds should be banned, period. They kill - and people just don't seem to acknowledge that fact. I nag everyone I know who uses a tanning bed (or tans out doors, for that matter). Some people just chose to live in the moment & think that it will never catch up with them. SCARY!

I don't tan nor do I care for being in the sun. I spent my childhood working at the family farm (w/out sunscreen) so I'm paying for it now. I'm bewildered at how sun/tan obsessed people have become.

My question is, why should minors be allowed to get into a tanning bed, even with parental permission? We do not allow minors to partake in other activities, such as smoking and drinking alcohol, because of the proposed risk. I think that attempting to legislate through an arbitrary age restriction simply sends a mixed message. The fact is, tanning beds are unhealthy for children of any age, as well as for adults. If an adult chooses to take an informed risk for themselves, then so be it, but since when do we allow a sign-off for parents to put their children in harm's way?
