I totally agree with all the points as stated here. I have been using skin care vitamin supplements myself and have seen wonderful results from the time I started 5 years ago. This article simply reinforces that skin nutrition is as important as taking care of the body in general. Good job!

The Dr Max Powers Men's MultiVitamin is outstanding for fighting off stressed (chaffed, acne-prone, dry) skin. I have used it for about 5 years now and it is all good. Great for rebalancing skin's texture and alleviating inflammation due to life's stresses. Highly recommended.

Very informative article. I think skincare supplement must be effective but person should get advice on the same from dermatologist as per his/her skin type.
