I have one that I LOVE but still wanted to comment. Great article and all great suggestions. The suggestions for skincare are pricey in my opinion. While I don't believe in purchasing my skincare from a drug store, I do like great quality skincare at affordable prices. A brightening serum for $90, an exfoliate for $64?? I believe strongly in paying more for better products but I think there are some other great products out there for more affordable prices. I just blogged about my BEST of the best from 2010 and they beat these prices. If more women and men would adopt these resolutions (or rather health habits) then the benefits would be abundant.
