    I actually like using small, thin forks bc it makes the portion of food I’m eating look bigger (plus I feel like a lady)
    I also to look at the entire meal, drink included, & think of how much space it will take up in my stomach (being a small framed person, a big meal shows immediatly…aka “food baby” lol)
