Nanoblur: Awesome price and marketing, terrible product. Not a skin-improving ingredient in the bunch, and it doesn’t conceal age spots, either.

Growing up, my mother used to always tell me that you get what you pay for, and it’s almost always better to spend a little more and get something that is higher quality.  In skin care, sometimes this isn’t true (take Olay Regenerist, for example), but sometimes it is.  And with Nanoblur ($14.59, Amazon.com), this certainly is the case.

A Decent Cosmetic, a Terrible Skin Treatment

Nanoblur is a thick, tacky white cream.  Like many products promising to temporarily fill wrinkles, Nanoblur has a plethora of silicones.  But there is one key difference here:  Nanoblur has a high concentration of adipic acid.

Adipic acid is a white powder that is often used to make plasticizers and lubricants.  In a skin cream like Nanoblur, it gives a thick consistency that makes the cream adhere better to the skin.

However, while Nanoblur will temporarily smooth the skin and fill in wrinkles, it will not conceal age spots or freckles.

There is also nothing in Nanoblur that will actually treat wrinkles.  Nothing.

Bottom Line

Save your $19 and put it towards something more worthwhile!
