Yesterday, I asked readers what they want most from our website, and they answered:
- “More diversified posts.”
- “I like posts about things other than skin care — fashion, beauty, personal posts.”
- “Anything that interests you! It should be more of a personal blog.”
I never want to get away from the science of skin care entirely, but I also think that I should be honest, authentic, and give readers want they want. (And, in turn, share what I love!).
Here are the fall fashion items that I love, wear, and/or want:
1.) Caslon Wool Cashmere Sweater ($158, Nordstrom.com). The cobalt blue is so striking, and the long cut is flattering for hourglass-and pear-shaped ladies like myself. (Those who are more athletic would be better suited for a style like this).
2.) Hue Leatherette Leggings ($48, Nordstrom.com). If you do a Google search for “leather leggings,” it’s downright scary, with many items that would be more suitable for Halloween costuming than fall fashion. But these Hue Leatherette Leggings stand out from the pack. These leggings are beautiful, with just the right amount of leather-like sheen and tight fit to be sexy, but a soft texture and muted black hue that keeps it classy.

I love classic jewelry, and nothing makes the cobalt pop better than a buttery long yellow gold chain.
