Of course Chanel is offering the nail polish color, for $23.00 retail, at counters nationwide in October 2009.  It is a limited-edition color, so who’s to say how long this one will last.  Other companies jumping on the mint green bandwagon include Essie, whose new color Mint Candy Apple (see below) comes out in full-force as a part of their Holiday 2009 collection on November 1, 2009 for $8.00 retail.  Both companies make luxuriously shiny nail lacquers, but I happen to think that Chanel lasts a bit longer due to its slightly heavier formula.   On the photo above (from Flickr – thank you Mariannaoust), the Chanel Jade formula is shown on the middle finger.
