Peach, Brown and Teal Look

Some products purchased by me. Some products sent for consideration. All opinions are my own. Affiliate links.

Happy Friday! Today I’ve got a neutral look with a splash of color for you. It’s a great way to get comfortable wearing brights or to add some variety to your usual look. I even filmed a ‘Get Ready With Me’ (Vol. 3) video tutorial to go along with this look. You’ll see that the majority of the work for this look is blending. Blend, blend, blend and blend some more!

Wearing Concrete Minerals Rocked, Urban Decay Walk of Shame, Beware and BFTE Espresso

On Wednesday I had a PCA Skin Sensi Peel done on my face, so my face is still peeling from the experience. After a peel like this, I can only wear mineral foundation. I was pleasantly surprised to feel like I didn’t need to put on very much foundation, even with the peeling.

Unless, you have rainbow hair like mine or like bright colors, you can always skip the blue brows. I absolutely love Anastasia brow products and while I’m using her Hypercolor brow powder for my brows, she also makes awesome tinted brow gels for more natural hair colors. They’re especially easy to use during the hot summer months and I highly recommend them.

While I’ve provided direct links (both affiliate and non-affiliate) to each product that I used, you can also recreate this look with products in your own makeup stash. You’ll need a pale peach for the lid shade, a warm chocolate matte for the crease, a deep dark chocolate brown for the lower crease, a pale peachy-beige matte for the browbone, a deep blue teal and a bright blue teal for the lower lid, a blue teal pencil for the lower waterline and an iridecent white highlighter for the inner corners and right under the eyebrows.

I think this is a fabulous way to ease into bright colors.

What’s your favorite bright color to wear?
