I’m not a gluten-free eater majority of the time. However, I do have friends with Celiac disease and gluten sensitivities so I’ve tried different alternative baked goods, doughs, and breads with them.
My favorite of the Absolutely Gluten-Free snacks were the Brownies, Blondies, and Tahini Bars. Gluten-free snacks can sometimes be a bit bland but I thought these were fairly close to the real thing. My friend with gluten sensitivity likes Absolutely because they make their snacks tasty without just being an overload of sugar.
I also really enjoyed the coconut cranberry chocolate candies. The use of ingredients like cocoa, coconut, and pistachio are great because they give you the extra bit of sweetness and taste you want in a snack.
If you’re not a sweet person, the flatbreads or crackers are great because they can be added to other foods like soup or with a salad to be more filling. I like to eat the Everything and Toasted Onion plain or with hummus.
