As I mentioned earlier, getting curcumin in your diet from natural sources like turmeric can be difficult as it is not a major part of western diets. These are flavored waters that come in packs of four and contain curcumin which helps to increase it in your intake without having to take any pills or supplements.
These drinks are super flavorful and tasty (it’s pretty hard to ruin flavored water if we are being honest) and I found them refreshing as well! I think if you are looking to increase the amount of curcumin in your diet, this is a very easy and accessible way to do it.
