When I first began using bath bombs, I didn’t like them. My skin often felt dry and tight after bombs from other brands. I didn’t see the point, until I experimented with a bomb from another brand. So trying these UR Bath & Body Bath Bombs was a real risk for me, but I was curious.
I’m so glad I took the risk! First, the smell of the bombs in their packaging is very potent. I didn’t know I liked that until these bombs, because I store them in my bathroom, where they’re easily accessible, I enjoyed how the fragrances filled the room. I enjoyed it so much that I took my time using them because I didn’t want the smell to go away.
Eventually, the time came for my first bath with one of these babies and I was surprised again! I thought the water would sizzle a little, there’d be a little magic happening but, no magic. HOWEVER, and I’m not kidding, that bomb took my bath from water to feeling like lotion! There was a really rich, creamy consistency, a few small visible suds, and, of course, that fragrance I loved! I’m a girl who loves a bit of luxury and these UR Bath & Body Bath Bombs really contributed to my Self Care Monday bath time routine.
When my bath was over, my skin felt as creamy as the bath did, which was a pleasant way to end the bath. I still applied lotion because I really like my lotion but if someone was not an avid lotioner like me, they should be comforted in knowing they won’t get out of their bath water needing to hurry and replace the moisture their bath bomb depleted from their body.
