I’m looking to hire a sales superstar. I decided to mention this in the blog, because I had a hunch it might lead to the right person.
In the past six years, I’ve grown FutureDerm from a one-person startup to a team of 20-something, with only one round of venture capital and one round of bridge financing. I’ve learned a thing or two through the past six years, and i think it’s time for me to hire again. I’m looking for someone to work directly with me to accelerate our growth.
The ideal candidate is bright, hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic, loves to learn, energetic, interested in working at startups, and not afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone. Experience in working in digital marketing preferred. Must be a person of integrity. Someone who fits in well with our eclectic, bright, quirky team preferred. I will be personally guiding this person and working with him or her on a daily basis.
The position is full-time, base plus commission, strong potential to earn six figures in the first or second year, and the right candidate may be able to telecommute.
