I often receive questions about how various products can best be combined in a skin care regimen to optimize the performance of each product.

Wait a few seconds before applying additional products. In the morning, if desired, follow with your daytime antioxidant serum, moisturizer, primer, and/or foundation. Before bed, repeat application followed by night serum and/or moisturizer. This product may be applied to the neck and décolletage.
How to Use ERASA XEP-30 with a Vitamin CE Serum
When it comes to an antioxidant serum, I recommend following the instructions and using ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate first, on clean, bare skin. Wait at least a full minute, and then apply vitamin CE serum.
This is because ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate is actually thinner than most vitamin CE serums, and because vitamin CE serum has been shown to boost the power of UVA/UVB protection when worn directly under sunscreen.
How to Use ERASA XEP-30 with a Retinoid
When it comes to a retinoid, I recommend changing it up a bit from the instructions and using the retinoid first, waiting for a full minute, and then applying ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate.
This is because retinoids need to work with clean, dry skin. One of the major benefits of retinoids is that they cause the skin to exfoliate itself in a process known as desquamation. It is important that you apply the exfoliating retinoid first, and then the ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate.
How to Use ERASA XEP-30 with a Peptide Treatment
When it comes to a peptide treatment, I recommend applying following the instructions and applying ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate first, waiting for (you guessed it) a full minute, and then applying the peptide treatment.
It has been well-established that peptides are too large to penetrate the skin effectively. Some skin care experts are skeptical that they even work well at all for this reason. I, however, look at the clinical and research data, and it shows that peptides do in fact work when they are used in high enough concentrations. I believe peptides may work through cell signaling.
At any rate, regardless of the physiology behind it, you need the neuropeptides to penetrate your skin, so apply ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate first. Since peptides do not penetrate your skin, then apply your peptide treatment.
How to Use ERASA XEP-30 with a Sunscreen
Always, always, ALWAYS apply sunscreen last. It is important that sunscreens interact as little as possible with the ingredients from other skin care products they are not formulated to be used with. This is because sunscreens must form a protective layer (in the case of zinc and titanium oxides) or be ready to chemically activate within 30 minutes so they change UV light into non-damaging forms of light (in the case of avobenzone, oxybenzone, Parsol 1789, and other forms of chemical sunscreen).
When you apply a moisture-rich serum or cream on top of a sunscreen, you are messing with its potential to form a protective layer and the chemical activation process. It is, however, generally OK to apply sunscreen to skin with other products on it, so long as they are dry to the touch on the surface of the skin.
How to Use ERASA XEP-30 with Any Other Type of Treatment
With any other types of treatments, remember the general rule of thumb: Apply all skin care products light to heavy, so as to let the lighter ingredients absorb into the skin first.
So in the instance that you wish to apply products that are lighter than ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate, still apply ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate, and then apply your next round of serums, creams, and sunscreens from lightest to heaviest.
On the other hand, in the instance that you wish to apply products that are heavier than ERASA XEP-30 Extreme Line Lifting and Rejuvenation Concentrate, proceed as per usual, from next-lightest to heaviest, always applying sunscreens last.
